Formats for collaboration
Operational Review
During this one week part-time engagement (20 hours), I will conduct an assessment of your organization's operations and team, identify areas of improvement, and provide you with recommendations for action.
Unlike traditional consultants, I offer hands-on advice and guidance to ensure that your startup can start implementing the recommended changes right away, rather than being left with a generic slide deck that doesn't provide any real value.
Part-time Interim Support
This option is ideal if you need someone senior to quickly step in as an additional resource on the management team and take on operational responsibilities for a limited period, such as three to six months (typically 1-3 days/week).
This option offers you greater flexibility and lower risk compared to hiring for a permanent role. I will help you evaluate whether there is a need for a permanent position, and if so, assist you in finding the right candidate.
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Leadership Coaching
Get personalized support and guidance on your most pressing challenges with weekly or bi-weekly hourly check-ins.
I’ll be your independent sounding board and we'll work together on topics relevant to you, so you can stay on top of your startup's growth while developing your own leadership skills.
